The Halifax Moosehead’s are host of this year’s Memorial Cup. They came up short at the QMJHL’s Presidents Cup Final however they get an automatic by to try and win the CHL’s top trophy.
The other contenders are: Prince Albert Raiders (WHL), Guelph Storm (OHL), Halifax Moosehead (QMJHL Host) and Rouyn-Noranda Huskies (QMJHL)
