In March, Prince Edward Island changed its vaccination strategy to target the younger service workers in the province in response to how outbreaks of COVID19 have happened in our province.
Excluding those who have travelled outside the province, most of the rest of our COVID19 cases have been amongst close contacts. Some of them being in the service industry. As such, PEI changed directions to vaccinated service workers.
