I am slightly behind on my blog posts as Summer has hit and my visits to other provinces have skyrocketed. Back in July, I was asked to cover Justin Trudeau for Reuters. He was coming to Charlottetown to make an announcement on childcare. We were ushered into École François-Buote where they also have a daycare.
With many rumours circulating of a pending election, we weren’t exactly sure what we were going to hear.
Media watched, photographed Justin as he and Charlottetown MP Sean Casey interacted with the kids.
The children enjoyed playing amongst the toys as we photographed them throughout the visit.
The imagery was utilized around the world for the election call.
