Canadian Championships: Montreal FC vs Halifax Wanderers

In September, the Halifax Wanderers had a unique opportunity to take on the Montreal FC. The difference being the Montreal FC is from the Major League Soccer (top tier league) and the Halifax Wanderers are from the Canadian Premier League (third tier league).

I was in St. John’s and after consulting with the client on if I should go or if I could send an assistant, they really wanted me to attend as there was a top tier league in the mix.

As such, I drove from St. John’s, Newfoundland & Labrador to Halifax, Nova Scotia over the course of 3 days.

It was my first time to a Halifax Wanderers event and I must say the team was top notch as introducing me to every aspect of the game.
