IIHF World Juniors: Team Canada vs Team Czechia
On December 27, 2022 by jmwebBoxing day is always the kick-off to the World Junior Hockey Championships. The under-20 tournament featured on day one: Team Canada vs Team Czechia.
For this game, I utilized six cameras in total. Three of which were on me and another three remote cameras. Two are on the Scotiabank Centre catwalk and one was in the net.
The first period was the least exciting as Team Canada didn’t look like they were prepared for Team Czechia.
As the periods went on, the action sure did pick up. The Scotiabank Centre became more exciting. The fans were moreso on the edge of their seats.
Lastly, the third period was a significant change. Team Canada was pushing harder. Fans were on the edge of their seats. They wanted a win and it felt like, for a few minutes, Canada might be able to come back.
In the end, Canda pulled their goalie with 3 minutes left in the third and an equal deficit. They ended up starting the tournament with a loss.
