After Team Canada pounced on Team Germany in a high-scoring game, people were wondering if the Canadians could carry the “laddy momentum” in the IIHF’s World Juniors. For the first ten minutes of the game, they lost their momentum getting one shot against Team Austria who had three.
The second 20 minutes was a continuation of the second half of the first period. Team Canada continued with the domination of Team Austria.
And lastly, in the third period, Team Canada just kept on going. Fans were delighted to watch their home team return to dominating the World Juniors.
