QMJHL: Quebec Rempart vs Cape Breton Eagles
On January 17, 2023 by jmwebOn the last day of my road trip following the Quebec Rempart, they were in Cape Breton visiting Centre 200 for their last QMJHL game. The previous nights game where Moncton was to take on Bathurst was cancelled due to the freezing rain storm going on however the Rempart had already been in Cape Breton.

Memorial Cup: Edmonton Oil Kings vs Saint John Sea Dogs.

Shawinigan Wins QMJHL’s Presidents Cup
On June 13, 2022 by jmwebSaturday night the Shawinigan Cataractes defeated the Charlottetown Islanders in overtime to win the Presidents Cup finals 4-3. For the fans of Charlottetown’s Eastlink Centre, it was the first time the top QMJHL trophy was awarded in the arena. I usually hear from a great group of people with some great praise. One of the stores I regularly visit for snacks, reminded me that it is their best selling edition of PEI’s newspaper.
